BOOKING POLICY

To ensure the highest standard of care and fairness to all clients, please take a moment to review our policy before booking.

 

Eligibility & Treatment Conditions

• Clients must be 18 years or older for any cosmetic treatments.

• We are unable to treat clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

• Please allow at least 2 weeks after your second COVID-19 vaccination before receiving any treatments.

 

Deposit

To secure your appointment, we require a $50 non-refundable deposit. This deposit is credited towards your treatment on the day. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, or do not attend your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited and the $50 will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

 

New Clients & Scripting Fee

For new clients, $25 of the deposit covers your doctor’s scripting fee, which remains valid for 12 months. The remaining $25 will be deducted from your treatment total.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Changes made within 48 hours will result in your $50 booking fee being forfeited, or your vaulted credit card charged a $50 no-show fee.

 

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. Arriving late may result in your appointment being cancelled and your booking fee forfeited.
