This Return & Exchange Policy outlines the terms under which The Medi Spa on Melville handles returns and exchanges for purchases made through our website.

All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through our website are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections, or any other non-fault-related reason. We encourage customers to read all product descriptions carefully and reach out to us with any questions before completing a purchase.
 

Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. To report a faulty or damaged product, please email us at info@themedispaonmelville.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the fault or damage.
 

Once we receive your request, we will assess the issue and determine whether a replacement, repair, or refund is appropriate. We reserve the right to decline requests that fall outside the required notification period or do not meet the criteria for being classified as faulty.
 

What Qualifies as a Faulty Item

An item is considered faulty if it:
 

  • Arrives damaged during shipping,

  • Contains a manufacturing defect,

  • Does not match the product description.
     

Please note that general wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper care do not qualify as faults and will not be eligible for return or refund.
 

Processing Time for Returns
If your return or refund is approved, we will notify you by email and process it as quickly as possible. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the transaction to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

 

Shipping
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure that all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate. The Medi Spa on Melville is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, a re-delivery fee may apply.
